If you can’t access your Turbo Visa Debit Card online, call our partner Green Dot Bank at (888) 285-4169 to report your card as lost or stolen, and they’ll send a replacement for free.

If your stimulus payment was delivered to a prepaid Turbo® Visa® Debit Card and you no longer have it, we’ll help you get a replacement card at no cost.

NO ACCESS TO OLD PHONE IR EMAIL AND NEVER RECIEVED A CARD SO I DONT HAVE THE NUMBERS BUT HAVE ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBER ALONF WITH ACCOUNT NAME AND PASSWORD BUT NOT VERIFICATION AND STILL CANT ACCESS MY FUNDS
