I only for few hundred out of 1621? Why is that?
The IRS will send you a letter of explanation when your refund is less than you expected you can also get this information by looking up your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund page.. Please see this TurboTax FAQ on why your direct-deposit refund or check may be lower than what you expected: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/refunds/help/why-is-my-direct-deposited-refund-or-check-lower-than....
Why is my refund smaller than it is supposed to be
As noted in posts above you can get notification from the Where's my refund" page or by contacting the IRS. Also, as JeanneLO mentions, check this link for other possibilities.
What
May I ask what exactly did you need assistance with?
What is tax products pe2, because I received a deposit in my account less refund than I was expected. I suppose to receive the actual amount of my tax refund.
@Ortizj49tkd If you see a transaction listed as Tax Product PE2, typically that refers to the amount you paid TurboTax to prepare your return. If you have any concerns about discrepancies over the amount of your refund, please contact the IRS directly: How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)?

All or part of your refund may have been used (offset) to pay off past-due federal tax, state income tax, state unemployment compensation debts, child support, spousal support, or other federal nontax debts, such as student loans. To find out if you may have an offset or if you have questions about an offset, contact the agency to which you owe the debt.
We also may have changed your refund amount because we made changes to your tax return. This may include corrections to any incorrect Recovery Rebate Credit amount. You’ll get a notice explaining the changes. Where’s My Refund? will reflect the reasons for the refund offset when it relates to a change in your tax return.
Tax Topic 203, Refund Offsets for Unpaid Child Support, Certain Federal and State Debts, and Unemplo... has more information about refund offsets.
I received a deposit today with this as the description. Any idea why? Was this a mistake?
Didn't you read the previous answers? That is your federal refund after the Turbo Tax fees were taken out. Is it short? There is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California) to have the fees deducted from your refund.
I already received my refund months ago, but just checked my bank account to see another refund that I wasn't expecting. So the general answer form above isn't 100% relevant to me.
