I am stuck in the review tab of the tax refund. It keeps looping the same pages/confirmations even though I keep pressing continue/review and have confirming everything

Please log completely out of TurboTax and try clearing your browser's cache. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions:

My 2017 return is stuck in a loop and will not proceed past the review tab. I am not able to NETFILE my return as the website keeps saying I have not completed the review.. but I have at least a dozen times..
I am using Turbo Tax ONLINE and have used different computers (and different browsers) and encounter the same problem : "Warning: You Did Not Run Review"
HELP.
I see this is a known problem.. Today is February 24 (NETFILE is open) but this has not yet been fixed??
Any updates on ETA for resolution would be appreciated.

Just to clarify, are you using the Google Chrome browser? Please try to use Incognito Mode on your browser, which will have you browse in private, and try NETFILE again.

I have tried incognito, different computers, cache clearing, upgrading from free to standard, hours with support on phone, no one knows anything it seems. please fix this.
I'm getting the same problem. This is ridiculous. 45 minute wait times to talk to someone on the phone too. Hopefully I can get a refund and use a different service.
I have spoken to a customer care specialist twice now about this problem, and they keep telling me that their IT department is working to rectify this issue and to try again on another date. I was told to try again on the 27th, and had no success. Tried again today, still sending me on a loop. I don't want to bother calling again as I have waited over 45 minutes to talk to someone both times I called previously.
I have tried incognito, clearing cache, software update etc,still not working.
WHEN will this be fixed?

Did you ask if we can get a full refund if this loop isn't fix? I spent way to much for 2017 and would like to get most of it back if not all if this is not worked out in the next few days!!
Hi I have the same loop problem in the Canadian version of turbo tax 2017! Did everything you guys told us to do and same old same old loop glitch at the review part before you can file it not COOL!
