Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have spoken to a customer care specialist twice now about this problem, and they keep telling me that their IT department is working to rectify this issue and to try again on another date.  I was told to try again on the 27th, and had no success.  Tried again today, still sending me on a loop.  I don't want to bother calling again as I have waited over 45 minutes to talk to someone both times I called previously. 

 

I have tried incognito, clearing cache, software update etc,still not working.

 

WHEN will this be fixed?
