There's more to the story that we don't know in a user community forum. TurboTax itself doesn't receive any monies from the IRS. It may be at one of its affiliates, however, depending on the option you chose. Did you choose the option to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund? If so, the refund would go a third-party company SBTPG, where the fees are subtracted. If you chose that option, you can log into the refund tool at SBTPG. To log in, choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:

SBTPG also has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.

Or if that's not your situation, another possibility would be if you chose to have your Federal refund deposited to a Credit Karma Visa Debit Card and Credit Karma MoneySpend account. We can tell you more about that if you chose that option.

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

I Bought Turbo Tax for the year 2021. However I was charged for two copies of the same packaged with cost of

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

Maybe you are in the wrong account. It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
