To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.

I need to speak with an agent!!!

I have a technical problem. Have entered credit card info at least 4 times. When it comes to “Place Your Order”, I cannot get to the place to click! There is no minimizer in the page. This is the charge to file State Tax.

I filed my taxes in January, then in March I received 2, 1099-c forms. Also I need to fix my 2018 Mass tax form.

You will need to file an amended return for 2019 to add in your 1099-C forms and amend your state return for 2018.

I need to speak with an a specialist to help with electronically filing my 2020 return.  I purchased your  Intuit turbotax PREMIER, Paid the Filing fee for STATE. Now I tried for over a dozen times and get rejected with

code IND-031-04.  The IRS said my AGI us correct put there did not have time to enter my copy of form 1049 SR that I mailed June 1, 2020

You can post the rejection message in this forum and we can help you.

 

You can also call TurboTax and speak with an agent.  TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used.  So that we can direct your call to the best person/department to help you:

  1. Click on this link:  https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
  2. Select your TurboTax platform.  
  3. Ask your question / state your problem.  Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions.  You will be given the approximate wait time.  

You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.
