Is that something that showed up in the Review and Error Check?
That's too vague and broad. There's not enough into to know what topic you are referring to. We don't know what screen that refers to. Without any info, we don't know what you were entering. We also don't know if you are using Online TurboTax or desktop software (CD/download).
If you provide more info about what you are entering that produces that error, someone might be able to comment here in this forum thread. Or if needed, here's how you can speak to TurboTax Support by phone for realtime assistance.

I need my AGI from my 2019 tax return. I filed through TurboTax, but used my work email, [email address removed], and it is no longer valid and I wasn't able to print it out last year because I was working from home due to Covid-19 and do not have a printer. I tried to request a transcript, but it keeps telling me my DOB does not match their records. What do I need to do? My personal email is [email address removed].
If you can’t get a hold of your prior year return/AGI to e-file, you can always print and mail your return instead.

@shan0714 You need your 2019 AGI to efile 2020. The AGI is on 2019 1040 line 8b. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

If you didn't file 2019 or filed it later in the year or mailed it, then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.
