By the way, who are you and why are you responding to my posts?
This is the TurboTax Real Money Talk community forum. Your posts are in the Taxes and Get Your Taxes Done discussion group.
I have been a volunteer on all the TurboTax Tax forum iterations for the last ten years.
I would like to talk to somebody about my Turbo Card if you can contact me at [phone number removed] my name is Joann thank you
We cannot contact you directly from this forum.
For help on your TurboCard, visit TurboDebitCard.com or call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.
Two things I need help with, my card from last year got taken. I received a new card, but have received a message saying you need my last year agi, I do not have that.
I efiled on 3/27/20 electronically. I got a message that TT has accessed my taxes . I haven't gotten anything from IRS but on the where's my refund IRS cannot find anything on me. TT message said it was mailed and IRS has everything they need to send by refund & stimulus. Nobody knows what their doing and I'm afraid I'm lost in the system. Have not gotten stimulus either.
You say you efiled, but then say it was mailed. If you mailed your return, it will be a long wait since the IRS is not processing paper returns right now.
The online link is your best option to track your refund. I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.
There is a delay in processing the returns as the IRS is not processing paper returns at the moment due to Covid-19 and social distancing policies in effect.

I did efile but when I looked at where's my refund on TT it said congratulations u have mailed ur 2019 taxes (not in those words exactly) they said mailed although I did efile. I got a customer # from TT as well. I can give it to u and from there u can see why I'm still so confused. I was told if I efiled I wouldn't need to mail in anything but my status says ready to mail and another one says printed
@gayseabolt You can double check your efile status here
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. Accepted only means they accepted your return FOR Processing. Not that your return is right.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. what does it say?
Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to actually print out your tax return and mail it to the IRS or state yourself. So it has not been filed yet. And it will always say Ready to Mail. Turbo Tax doesn’t know if or when you mailed it and the IRS doesn’t update Turbo Tax when they get your mailed return. You can try to switch to efile. Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.
customer service phone number does not work
They are closed on weekends.
There is no single published number because it changes contently depending on the nature of the call and agent availability. Following the link below will either give a current number for you to call or take your number for a callback.
(Note that phone support is for paying customers only. There is no phone support for Free Customers.)
Here is a TurboTax FAQ for contacting customer support.

How long it will be? how about, more than 3 months since mailed my files and haven't heard anything and irs's where's my refund "cannot provide any information". There is no one to talk or visit. Should I wait more or re-submit my files before July 15th
Do not resubmit. Did you print and mail your return? They just started opening the mail in June that's been stacking up. So you have to keep waiting.
See this IRS page for the latest information

It depends.
Are you trying to reach TurboTax or are you trying to find out the status of your tax return already filed through TurboTax?
If it's the latter, you need to contact the IRS as TurboTax has no control over the processing of your tax return once it is accepted by the taxing agencies. Please see the following link for assistance in tracking your federal return.
