Same thing Im going through. I cant even mail it in. I dont know what to do.
I've been trying for two weeks. Really getting old.
DID YOU TRY ENTERING 0 zero?
When did you file 2019? If it was late in the year or you mailed it, try putting in zero for the AGI. And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-ge...

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Same here! My AGI was different than what TT said it was. Fixed that and it's still saying rejected and in a gray box it still says the TT AGI 🤬 I have been on the phone with multiple people. It's been rejected 6x now 🤦🏼♀️
First, just to be sure. If you have your 2019 tax return the AGI is on line 8b. If you've already tried the zero you will have to file a paper return.
Finally, the last resort is to mail your tax return. TurboTax will print an instruction sheet explaining where to mail the returns.

I need a copy of my 2018. So I can get my AGI .number

The 2018 AGI is not entered on a 2020 tax return so that it can be e-filed.
The 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed so the 2018 AGI is not needed.
You need 2019 AGI for a 2020 tax return.
See this TurboTax FAQ on how to find your AGI

You can get free 2019 tax transcript from the IRS
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
If you filed late last year there is a good chance that the 2019 AGI never was entered into the e-file database. Try using 0 (zero) for the AGI.
If you filed an amended return use the AGI on the first filed tax return.
If it continues to reject then the AGI in the IRS database might be in error. Mail filing is the only option.
MayaD, if you are filing 2020 tax return, the AGI from 2019 should be entered, not 2018. And as for printing and mailing, that is not the correct solution. Sure it gets your return filed, but you loose all the advantages of efile. Who is causing the issue? Is it a problem with IRS database or Turbo Tax glitch?
If your 2019 AGI is causing your tax return to be rejected, you can try entering "0" instead. The IRS requires your 2019 AGI to verify your identity for e-filing. If you're paper-filing your return, you won't need your AGI because those are manually processed. The exact location of your 2019 AGI (adjusted gross income) depends on which 1040 form you filed. Please see the information posted here for assistance with correcting your 2109 AGI.
My 2020 tax return has been rejected multiple times. I ordered my tax transcript from the IRS. I received it today and confirmed that the information on the transcript is the same as the AGI I am entering when I file. I tried again, and again it was rejected. Just to confirm - your recommendation, since the information is correct and it is not accepting it, is to put "0" in for the AGI. If that doesn't work, my only option is to file by mail which will take weeks (if not months or more) to get my tax refund (and the stimulus I am owed)?
Right, try 0. The IRS took a long time last year to process returns so the AGI might not be in the right database to verify you.

What I am confused about is that they sent me the tax transcript - if they have a tax transcript that means the info is in their database, correct?
Maybe not in the right AGI lookup database. Or if they processed it late like after August. You know last year was totally messed up and delayed because of Covid-19. And looks like this year is going to be the same.

No - not correct. A transcript is not the e-file AGI database.
