My tax return has been offset due to child support debt. Child support enforcement agreed to give me part of my refund back due to financial hardship and needing to take care of my other child. I still have not received it back from them yet. And now my bank account is negative $300 because TurboTax auto debit my account before I received any money and there's nothing I can do about it. So on the 1st when my tanif is deposited it's going to be completely gone due to fee's of being negative for so long and I will be left with nothing left the month my son turns 2 years old. I don't know what to do.

Sorry-----when you chose to pay your TurboTax fees by having them deducted from your federal refund, you signed an agreement that said if the IRS took unusually long to issue your refund or if your refund was seized for any reason, that TT had the right to take your fees from your bank account. They would have sent you several emails about it before actually taking the money out of your account.

TURBOTAX TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.

How can I see my TurboTax fees?

I'd phone TurboTax Support, and tell them what happened to you. I know in the past they would refund overdraft fees that they caused, but I'm not sure if they still do it or not. I hope they would, but no guarantee. It can't hurt to try.

I believe that if someone who is struggling financially that's can't afford anything and has there refund taken from them already and then still have to struggle to pay the fees for something they never received. You shouldn't get paid if we don't get paid. Plus your company is a multiple billion dollar company and your going to take my whole moths income the month my of my son's second birthday.
I tried and since it was already taken from my bank account there's nothing I can do. So idk what I'm going to do since I got my benefits today and my bank was so much in the negative it wasn't even enough to cover my car payment.
@bradleymichelle465 This is very unfortunate. Sadly, no one in the user forum can help with this. When you chose to pay your fees using your federal refund, you took the risk that this could happen, especially since you had to be aware of owing child support.
Going forward, you might be better to use one of the free software versions available on the IRS site instead of choosing to use a paid version of TurboTax.
You do not have to use TurboTax ever again if you do not want to. But you need to be aware that no matter what tax software program you choose to use in the future ---- when you choose to have the fees deducted from your federal refund there will always be a fee for that choice, and there will always be a stipulation that you have to pay your fees within an allotted amount of time whether your refund arrives or not. So avoid that situation. Pay your software fees upfront or use a different software that is free.
Use this IRS site for other ways to file for free. There are 8 free software versions available from the IRS Free File site
https://apps.irs.gov/app/freeFile/
Or—if you live in certain states you may be eligible to use the new IRS Direct File
( AZ, CA, FL, MA, NH, NV, NY, SD, TN, TX, WA, WY )
Your self employed fee though says $129 then why was $217 taken from my account?
$129 is only for federal. A state return is an additional $64. And then probably sales tax.
Did you prepare a state return? There is another fee for a state return. Federal and state tax returns have individual separate fees when you use online. And....there may have been state sales tax if you are in a state that imposes sales tax.
