Nothing will load in the PC program

I'm using a TurboTax Premier license, installed program. I can pull up the "Let me choose what to work on", but anything I click on just turns a blank screen.

Switching to "Forms" results in a crash.

Nothing happens when I insert the CD on Windows 10.

The program is already installed, I get white screens when I click on anything specific to fill out - "Property Taxes" in deductions, for example
