Is anyone else having issues when manually entering a W2? As a 30+ year TurboTax user, this years version makes it next to impossible to manually enter W2's. There is a 30+ second delay on every line. When doing multiple returns, this adds so much time when the W2 doesn't download, and that is more often than not. Really considering moving to HR block for the remainder of the year and going forward as I can't add this much time to return processing.

Can you provide more information? What issues are you experiencing? Are there any error messages or codes?
When I key in the amount, there is a 30 second delay before the number actually pops up. And if I try to tab to the next cell (it takes hitting tab twice) it is another 30-45 seconds before I can enter in the amount. This is adding up to 15 minutes to tax return preparation for W2's that don't download, and honestly, most don't. In the past, I could key in the numbers and they would populate immediately. This also has nothing to do with the PC as I can go back to past programs and it works fine. It is a new PC and has plenty of Memory and RAM. This is purely the program not functioning efficiently. If this can't be fixed, I will be moving to HR Block software next year (and maybe even this year) after using your product for 30 years.

How do I update my TurboTax CD/Download software program?
This article will show you how to perform a manual update.
Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software (Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business)

What is the TurboTax phone number? - Intuit
A manual Update is a good possible attempt to get it moving, but perhaps doubtful it will do anything.
.......BUT....see all the others having the same problem. Someone from Tech support needs to go visit one of these folks, sit down at their computer, and figure out what's going on:
Re: What is TurboTax 2021 Running Slow on PC? (intuit.com)
I have tried the updates. And I agree, because I called tech support and they hung up on me. Very rude. Unless an update fixed this in the next week or two, I will be downloading HR Blocks software and I will be using that going forward.
I have only seen folks having issues with the H&B version so May I suggest calling Tech Support and asking for a new download of the Deluxe version instead ... it has all the same functions as the H&B version. Uninstall the H&B and install the Deluxe... and you can open the return you are already working on in that version.
And FYI also ask them for a refund of the program you cannot use or at least a discount. And for future reference ... the marketing "recommends" the H&B version but it is NOT required so you can always use the cheaper Deluxe version (Basic if you don't need a state return).
BUT, I need the functionality of the Home and Business. Does Deluxe give you the business side of it? I need to be able to do and S-Corp, C-Corp, 1099's, etc.
One of the requirements for using TurboTax is:
Processor: Pentium 4 or Athlon or later
Hard Drive Space
Note: Microsoft Net 4.5.2. To be more exact the Program is .Net Framework version 4.5.2.
Is your PC up to date?
Here is a web site with various methods for determining if you have the correct version installed:

My PC is 10 x anything that would be required, but yes, it is up to date.
Well, you may need to clarify one point (since you mentioned C and S-corps).
Are trying to prepare W-2 forms that you are issuing or have issued to employees?
..or are trying to enter the data from your own personal W-2 forms, you received as income into your personal tax return?

As a side note, H&B won't prepare the actual tax returns for an S-Corp, or most (all?) C-corps.
