Are you sure it is 2025 software? I didn't know Office Depot was selling 2025 TurboTax product this year. And is it for desktop or Online TurboTax? This year some retailers are selling both desktop and Online versions, so you have to be careful which one you buy.
If you bought a 2025 desktop version of TurboTax, here are the steps to install it on your computer. If you followed the steps in this FAQ, where did you hit a roadblock? If you need to respond, also say if you are installing it on a Mac or Windows PC. The Mac version requires Mac OS Sonoma 14 or higher, and Windows must be Windows 11.
FAQ: How do I get started with desktop TurboTax?

This is not a chat room. It works like a bulletin board. You have to ask a question in a thread or start your own new thread, and then see if anyone sees it who wants to tackle it. The answer time will vary depending on the number of people looking over the forum, time of day, or if someone feels knowledgeable to comment.

You said you talked to the IRS. Did they tell you the specific bank your funds went to? If not, you may need to talk to them again and ask. They should be able to tell you what bank it was sent to. And they can initiate a trace, if needed. I've named the 3 most common third-parties below.
You said you talked to "the bank?" Was that your own bank or one of the third party banks I mention below:
If you had any add-on options such as "pay fees out of refund", "up to 5 days early" offer, or Refund Advance, those options involve third-party banks. The common third-party banks are Cross River Bank, MVB Bank Inc., or one of SBTPG's banks. SBTPG is a Green Dot company commonly used if you chose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund. MVB Bank is often used when the funds go to a Credit Karma option such as a Credit Karma Money account, Refund Advance, etc. If the IRS will tell you what bank it went to, that would be a start.
Thank you for your input. It was my bank I spoken with. I called STGB & cannot get through, they also took extra fees out stating that I had help using an live expert for which they charged me for that I wasn’t aware of. I need answers & still don’t have my refund

Are you the same person with a different display name?
Have you tried SBTPG's refund lookup tool? Choose "For Taxpayers" portal at:
SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link.
Their hours this time of year are Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM Pacific.
Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in at the link above.

I have tried to get technical assistance three times. I just get a chrome popup window to submit a credit card. Three cards were declined. One however tried to withdraw $70.00 from a Southwest card (instead of the advertised $5). My partner declined the payment and I think her card got voided, In all cases there is no way to reply to the request for a credit card. However in one case, the assistant was willing to try to put me through to the tech assistant, but I was sent back to "no exit" credit card prompt. So there are several problems : 1. my turbotax deluxe windows app cannot find a social security or other form 2. my partner may need a new credit card. 3. I can't get help to get my taxes done.

I'll address the card issue first, then try to guess at what you mean by "social security or other form."
This is mainly a user community forum, so we can't help you with any account-specific credit card issue. If your partner's credit card is locked/suspended, they will need to investigate that with the credit card's customer support. I don't know what you mean by "advertised $5." I can't think of what that might be, but I'm a fellow user; I don't work for TurboTax.
I don't know how you reached TurboTax Support, but you would need to talk to them for a credit card issue. Be careful, however, and be sure you are using a legitimate TurboTax Support contact method since there are some fake support scams on the Internet.

"1. my turbotax deluxe windows app cannot find a social security or other form."
I'm not sue what that means. Are you saying you can't find the topic to enter Social Security income such as an SSA-1099? I don't know what "other form" means.
So as a guess, if you need to enter an SSA-1099, here's the navigation in desktop TurboTax:
@ billclare3
ADDENDUM
I've been trying to think of why you might encounter a $70 fee in desktop TurboTax. If you are efiling a state return, there is a $25 state efile fee (except free in New York state). Did you happen to choose the Audit Defense add-on, which could explain the extra $45? If so, that could explain the $70.
California filers would also incur a $45 service fee if they tried to pay the $25 state efile fee out of their Federal refund. So their fee would be $70, but with that choice, that fee would be taken from the Federal refund. Since you are paying by credit card, that wouldn't apply.
