My name is Kenneth [PII removed]. My Business, [PII removed] is in the process of closing. The email account originally associated with the business ([email address removed]) is no longer active. I was charged a renewal fee for the current year's business product but cannot log in because the associated email account no longer works. I need to speak to an agent and work out how to download the product I have already paid for and how to access it since I cannot use the original email account for my account. Please have appropriate person call me at [phone number removed].

I had a HORRIBLE time trying to access....it wouldn't accept my password OR my account name. YOU NEED TO PUBLISH AN EMAIL ADDRESS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TALK TO PEOPLE!!!
I HAD PROBLEMS LAST YEAR AND WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONTACT YOU.
[1/27/2023] I call BS on your answer. I have FOUR case numbers. I've been told by your BOT that someone will call in 8 minutes that was 2 hours ago. The AI sends you in a loop even after I give the case number. I need to speak with a HUMAN, or I need to explore other options. It is apparent that Turbo Tax has no people working there. At the very least, absolutely no customer service.
I claimed a solar deduction in 2021 which was denied because while purchased in 2021, it was not installed until 2022. On my 2022 return it shows a long-term loss - is that tied to the solar deduction? I have to repay 2021 refund and claim the deduction on 2022 but don't know where or hwo to to that.
No, a long-term loss carryover to your 2022 return should not be tied to your Solar Energy Credit in 2021.
If you were not allowed the credit in 2021, you may see a carryover on Line 12, Form 5695.
Here's how to claim the Solar Energy Credit:
Here's more info on the Solar Energy Credit.
Why are you telling me about Solar credit? What you should be telling me is the number for H&R Block, or some other Tax preparer that actually cares enough to speak with their clients and not give them an AI run around that disconnects you without giving you the option to speak with a supposed expert.

I just done my taxes and I gave the wrong ss#. What do I do
Just done my taxes put husband ss# wrong.
@Shilohutch The return might be rejected....if it is rejected then you can fix it and re-file. If the IRS accepts it you have to wait until it has been fully processed and then amend it to correct the SSN.
If you efiled the return then just wait ... the IRS should reject the return then you can make any correction you need to make and resubmit the return.
If you have not filed the return then log back in and edit your spouse in the MY INFO section.
How do I get off of this stupid thread!!! There is nothing being said here that answered my question. It's all useless to me. GET ME OFF THIS THREAD
