You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes, but each User ID has to be unique.
Did the original account lock from too many password attempts? If so, that lock should expire at some point. I don't know how long.
But here are 2 methods to normally reset password and recover account access. One uses the Account Recovery tool (but it must be done exactly as below with a clean browser). The other method uses "Try Something Else" as explained below.
To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below. When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first IF you can still access it. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number you can still access and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

Another option to get your 2019 AGI is to download a free 2019 tax return transcript from the IRS website, if you qualify to register for an IRS account.
This site is not helping. I have my AGI from 2019 and I am still unable to file my tax return. Truly disappointing after many hours of tax preparation. I am going to mail it tomorrow.

@sepulmig57 Rejections do not come from TurboTax. Rejections come from the IRS.
You received an email that we cannot see that tells you why your tax return was rejected.
Some rejected returns can be fixed and re-filed. Some have “un-fixable” reasons for the rejection and have to be mailed instead. What is the rejection code or rejection message?
If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2019 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2019 AGI might not be in the IRS system. Try using zero instead.
If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year. The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.
Or—-if you filed as a “non-filer” just to get the stimulus check on a 2019 return, try using $1 as the AGI.

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2021 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2021.
If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online. So you need to make and keep your own backups.
