Can not find license code to activate TurboTax Deluxe .I looked everywhere on the box,inside on front cover etc.!

I purchased turbotax 2021 from Intuit and lost the information because my computer crashed. Now I cannot get into the program.

If you used desktop software downloaded/installed from a CD to your own computer, then the tax files are stored locally on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.  They are not stored online.  If you cannot recover them due to a hard drive failure, etc. you can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.

My 2022 turbo tax disk arrived and was badly damaged.  The disk was slightly damaged, but my computer read it and completed the installation.  Having discarded all but the disk...I have no License code. If you downloaded TurboTax directly from an authorized retailer, your license code should be included in your order confirmation. Check your email or your order history. If it’s not there, you’ll need to contact the retailer directly.

need license code as I thru away the box that my turbo tax came in. I bought it directly  turbotax. I can't figure out how to get a new one.

Contact amazon if you cannot find your download section in your amazon account online.

I was just having this same issue, but I just figured it out. So I thought I'd share in case you are still looking for an answer. Go to Your Account; then Digital Games and Software (under Digital Content and Devices section at the bottom middle); your TurboTax purchase should show there under Downloads and Codes; the license code will be the 16 digit code next ot "Activation Key". Hope this helps!
