Tax Year Prior to 2020: How to cancel payment

I tried to do my own taxes on last Friday, and I paid the $90 before I realized that I had to cancel the return and let my accountant do it.  Am I able to get a refund for order #[PII removed]?  I will not be using the service.  Thank you, Christine Berry

Turbo tax.  I can't get in touch with the person who is working on my taxes.  I uploaded all the docs almost a week ago and I keep getting emails asking for them. She doesn't answer my messages. I wil go to HR Block.

@jerrypatst You can delete your state return in TurboTax Online as long as you haven't paid yet. Please see the TurboTax Articles below for instructions, depending on which TurboTax version you are using:

Please keep in mind that once you attempt to enter information that is not supported by the Free Edition of Turbo Tax, the system will prompt you to upgrade to the most suitable version; with that being said, each upgraded version of the Turbo Tax program has its respective tax situation/s that it supports as well as its applicable fee. If you have already filed your return then it is too late, if you have already paid then unfortunately it is too late. Please see this FAQ @eaglesmyteam.
