My Turbo Tax CD for 2021 will not complete the installation, how do I fix that?

It is possible that there is a problem with the CD.  Contact whoever you purchased the CD from for a replacement CD or download.

I fixed this using my Advanced Tech Support Almost-Never-Fails Method:  Turn the computer off and turn it back on.  Installed.

I installed the turbo tax CD. When I try to update 2021 figures I click on update and all I get is a blank white screen. Never had this issue in previous years. At the bottom left of the page shows no form.  How do I fix this?

May I ask if you're using a Windows PC or Mac? Also, may I have the version of Windows you're using or MacOS?

I have a Windows 10 laptop. Trying to install TurboTax Premier for 2021. It goes part of the way, then stops with a message that it cannot read this file: "C:\Users\Neil\AppData\Local\Downloaded Installations\{4DE395EC-6F33-446B-B59A-55B7ED1A2DC6}\TurboTax 2021.msi. Please make sure the file exits and you can access it."

The file exists and seems fine, but it hangs at this point in the install process. I've tried dozens of times. AV is off, I'm running the install program as administrator. Help!
