What happens when you put the CD in?  How far does it get?  Does it start to install?  Are you on Windows?

Do other CDs work in the drive?  You inserted it the right way up?  Some people put the CD in upside down.

If the CD will not work you can always use the download option instead.  Read the instructions that came with the disk.

@EdSStebor   Download it instead.  Downloading better for many reasons.

There should be a card in the CD case on on the CD envelope that says how to download it and you will need the 14 or 16 digit code from it to enter.
