First try this:
Go to the personal info section and erase and re-type your birth date.
Check everyone's birthday in your tax return. Erase, re-type.
This rejection occurs when the date of birth for the first person listed on the return is either incorrect or doesn't match IRS records. It is possible the IRS has made a mistake.
The code and message associated with this rejection varies with the tax form:
If your date of birth has been entered correctly in TurboTax, then call the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 to verify that their records are correct. If SSA records are incorrect and have to be updated, it can take up to four weeks to transfer the updated information to the IRS. Wait four weeks, and then re-file the return. If you can't get it corrected, then you will have to file a paper return for this year.

@Babbe9 If you verified that the information you entered into TurboTax exactly matches the Social Security card, and that the birth date is correct and has been entered in MM/DD/YYYY format, your next step is to Contact Social Security By Phone | SSA to verify that the SSA's records are correct. (The IRS gets their information from the SSA.) Correct SSA records will prevent the same rejection next year.
In the meantime, your best option is to file a paper return, as your return will continue to get rejected until the mismatch is fixed at the Social Security Administration. It can take about 4–6 weeks or longer.

This will be my 3rd year trying to file with turbo tax, and each time I get all the way through and it states the wrong birthday and gets rejected. I go to the personal info page and change it to the correct birth date and the website doesn't update it when I go and re file to fix it. On file, it say's you guys have the wrong birthday, not me. I have my social, birth certificate and ID. Also, when I go file else where, its correct on their end (so it's not the IRS) and I have reason to believe its on the turbo tax end. Can someone explain to me how to fix it?

I have exactly the same issue from previous years and one time we tried to use the tax agent and the e-filing went through with no rejection like in Turbotax, so not my DOB or record in IRS. This is obviously from Turbotax, hope Turbotax will do something to correct this bug from their app.
