The TurboTax online editions can only be used to complete and file one tax return per account and User ID.
To start another tax return using the online editions you would need to create a new account with a new User ID - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

I recieved a conformation that you sent my state tax in, but have not recieved a conformatin that utah state tax comm. have recieved it. you sent it in 11 feb 2021. utah state tax comm. says it was not recieved.
Sometimes the state websites take a while to update. States frequently take much longer to process returns, especially with identity theft precautions, and it's not uncommon for them to take a while before their status lookup tools are able to locate accepted returns.
You can go by the status on TurboTax -- Check your e-file status -- eventually the state website will catch up!
You can also confirm the e-file status of both your federal and state returns by signing back into TurboTax. Your e-file status should be the first thing you see. For more information, please see this TurboTax Help article: Why doesn't the government have any record of my pending return?

If the state tax return is Pending then your state has not yet pulled the state income tax return from the TurboTax servers.

You cannot delete your income tax return, however, you can clear any data you entered, as long as you haven't paid your TurboTax Online fee (or registered a cost-free version).
Once you've paid or registered, we're required to store copies of your return.
I need help. Hard to find someone to help. My California return was rejected due to your software error. Has it been fixed? Do I have to e-file again and will I be charged? (I should not) Help me fix this and get it returned!! I also was tricked into getting the audit coverage again as it would not allow me to put it to my credit card. This has happened 3 years in a row. I have used Turbo Tax for 20 years and it seems to be more difficult to make contact if there is a problem. Thanks for a good quick answer, Maxine McFarland
