I have concerns with my refund
Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.

I just paid 79.99 for the Federal Turbo Tax and want to file my taxes. Its asking me for another 79.99 to get started!
I need help!- I just want to file my Federal 2018 taxes.

@Terence1940 E-filing with TurboTax has basically shut down for the 2018 tax year; you will need to print and mail your return.
If you want to file (print and mail) your 2018 return at this point, you will need to use a 2018 desktop version of TurboTax. See https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

Hello,
I received an email with the subject line “We’ve enclosed your Exclusive offer, Stephen”. Then the email goes on to state there is a $20 discount available for TT. However there is NO exclusive offer for me - just a list of outlets selling TT - no coupon or discount code. I would just pay the same price as anyone off the street. What’s so exclusive about that? Am I missing something here?
Turbo Tax is currently offering an early filling discount, so you would receive the discount off of the product you select.
Turbo Tax wants to remind users that you can currently receive the discount, but if you wait the discount would not be able to be applied.

I am trying to do my 2018 taxes. I filed my 2019 taxes with you guys. I followed the prompts to buy the software to do my 2018 taxes. When I went to go open the download to start my 2018 I saw that it said 2019 taxes, I already paid, and need the 2018 software to do this. I do not want to be charged twice. Is there a way you can send me the 2018 version I wanted or credit me for the unopened download? I do not want to pay twice for something that I did not order. I enjoy doing business with turbo tax and would like this to be resolved so we can continue a wonderful business relationship.

To complete a 2018 tax return using TurboTax you will need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2018 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
A 2018 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

I failed to download a second state prep software when I downloaded the Home and Business Tax version. How do a get the second state? It says it is $39.95, but no instructions on how to obtain.
I cannot log in to turbotax. Can yu help?
