@user17519164283 By the way, you probably mean your 2023 and 2024 Refunds. We just filed our 2024 returns this year in 2025. We don’t do 2025 until next year after Dec 31, 2025 closes.
Did you efile? Were they Accepted? When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile. And check your spam folder for them. Look back through your emails.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
@user17519164283 In 2024 you would have filed a 2023 tax return; in 2025 you would have filed a 2024 tax return, so make sure you know what you are looking for.
TurboTax does not get any information at all from the IRS after you file your tax return. No one at TurboTax knows what the IRS is doing with your return.
Did you mail your return(s) or e-file?
If you mailed it:
MAILED RETURNS
If you mail a tax return (or a payment) to the IRS, it is a good idea to use a mailing service that will track it like UPS or certified mail so you will know it was received.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.
TurboTax will not know anything about your mailed return, and will continue to show “Ready to Mail” on your account. TurboTax will not know that you put your tax return in an envelope and took it to a mailbox. TurboTax does not get updates on mailed (or e-filed) returns.
The IRS refund site is now showing information for 2022, 2023 and 2024 returns so you can check the IRS site.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2022, 2023 or 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
Or......
Did you e-file? Did you click a big orange button that said “Transmit my returns now?”
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
Does your TT account say that your return was accepted? Or does it say something else—like “rejected”, “printed” or “ready to mail?” If it does not say accepted then it was not filed unless you put it in an envelope yourself and mailed it.
TurboTax does not mail your tax return for you.
If your e-file was accepted:
If you chose to have your fees deducted from your federal refund:
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 3 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.

I have been trying to get to talk to an agent ion canadian tax return, but is impossible for that stp machine to connect me to an agent. your policy about netfiling is outdated and I need to file my taxes, all a wanted was to talk to an agent to let them know this so i can file them, here is the lates information about it directly from the CRA website.
The CRA is constantly improving its services to help Canadians file their income tax and benefit returns. By doing so, taxpayers are able to get any refunds, and benefit and credit payments they may be entitled to. This tax season, the CRA is making tax-filing easier and faster for non-residents.
Effective February 2025, EFILE restrictions have been lifted for deemed residents of Canada. This means that these non-residents will be able to file their individual income tax and benefit returns for 2024 and subsequent tax years through EFILE, subject to some exclusions.
Also effective February 2025, NETFILE restrictions have been lifted for emigrant taxpayers. Individual income tax and benefit returns for the 2024 tax year will be the first year accepted through NETFILE for emigrants. Together with the changes made on March 28, 2024, emigrants can now use EFILE or NETFILE to submit their returns.
Please update this so i can file my taxes, as fast as you can, thank you.
