You didn't say what tax year, so I'll assume 2024. If you bought it from a legitimate authorized retailer such as Amazon, be sure you are entering the activation code correctly, paying special attention to characters that can be confused, such as 0 (zero) and letter O, or capital I (eye), lower case l (el), and 1 (one.)
Otherwise, if it continues to say the activation code is invalied, you'll likely have to phone TurboTax Support. They may need to give you a new license number. It's possible they may tell you to contact Amazon for a new code.
