I use TurboTax Advantage.
Never got the email that TurboTax 2025 was ready to install. Website showed the error message 'We're hitting a snag, but we're working fast to fix it. Please try again later.'
Customer service was able to order it by phone and I got the email, but when I log in and try to download, get the same error. This has gone on for days, and there is no way to get to someone in technical support to get an estimate when it will be fixed. How do I get to someone who will fix this problem?

I have tried multiple browsers (Safari/Chrome) including using Provate/Incognito windows and every time I try to go to the billing tab, I get the same message "We've hit a snag ..."
This is quite frustrating and someone in the digital order flow process, should take a look at this immediately and remove such obstacles that hinder revenue generation for Intuit.
To be clear, it is not an issue with TurboTax software Download/Installation, but an issue with purchasing an OS-X version of TurboTax Premier Desktop version.

I am having the same issue. I have downloaded the fileusing Safari and Google, but when I double click to open, all I get is a picture to move it into my applications folder. It is in the applications folder. I am using Mac OS Tahoe 26.1,
Is there a fix for this?
Here's a couple Mac articles I found. Probably won't help. I know you do need to drag the arrow over to the right inside the box to install it - not just move it to applications. I'll page some Mac users @xmasbaby0 @Opus 17
This is not a mac issue. From the way the questions are worded, it sounds like the customers are unable to download the .dmg file containing the installer. They will need to call the customer support number to see what is wrong with the download.
However, I also find that my 2025 download is not even listed as being available, even though I have an order confirmation with a code. Something odd is going on. I will try and contact someone.
I get the same error after logging in using Windows. You can download and install 2025. Just cannot pay for the code because of the common error we all get now. This is a Intuit website problem.
Hi there. For those encountering an error with downloading the 2025 product- What steps did you take to access your download? Was the download prompted from an email or from a specific link?
Have you tried downloading your product from this link here? https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/ This site will prompt the download. Be sure to have your License Code available for when it's ready to launch. It's possible you may need to Uninstall to try again.

Thank you all for your replies. I ended up calling TurboTax and within minutes my problem was solved. Operator error!! Go figure.
I'm relatively new to Mac. When you go to open the download, there's a picture of the icon and the applications folder. I needed to drag the icon into the applications folder inorder to get it to install.
All good now.
Think that’s what I said to do several posts above.
