To be clear, it is not an issue with TurboTax software Download/Installation, but an issue with purchasing an OS-X version of TurboTax Premier Desktop version.
Here are the steps that I am following:
- Using Fidelity's link to save 25%, launch the Intuit TurboTax page
- Select 'File your taxes' > 'TurboTax Desktop'
- Half way down the page, click 'Shop now' for the 'Premier' version
- Skip the 'TurboTax Advantage' and reselect 'TurboTax Premier' by clicking 'Buy now'
- Select 'MacOS` Operating System to get the screen that adds 'TURBOTAX DESKTOP PREMIER TAX YEAR 2025 MAC DOWNLOAD WITH STATE' to shopping cart
- Click 'Continue' where I am expecting to enter billing info.
- Enter Intuit Login credentials.
- After successful login, I get the message from the Original poster 'We're hitting a snag, but we're working fast to fix it. Please try again later.'
Additional info:
- Operating System: MacOS Tahoe 26.1 with all updates
- Browsers tried: Safari/Chrome including Private/Incognito windows
Hopefully the above information is more than sufficient to isolate the problem and more importantly to fix it.
