Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Has there been a resolution on this ?

 

I have tried multiple browsers (Safari/Chrome) including using Provate/Incognito windows and every time I try to go to the billing tab, I get the same message "We've hit a snag ..." 

 

This is quite frustrating and someone in the digital order flow process, should take a look at this immediately and remove such obstacles that hinder revenue generation for Intuit.
