How do I view when my state tax payment is scheduled to be debited?

How do I view when my 2021 state tax payment was scheduled to be debited? The solutions posted for 2019 and 2020 tax years do not work. And honestly, having to "Add a State" to act like I'm amending a filed and accepted return seemed like a needless hack to get at information that should be top level info on the landing page. It is ridiculous that that this information is so counter-intuitive to find, and that the way to find it changes every year.

You can find your direct debit payment information by downloading/printing a copy of your 2021 tax return. Please see the below TurboTax help article to print/view the tax return you filed this year, you will need to select the 2021 federal returns and all tax calculation worksheets.

How do I get a copy of a return I filed this year in TurboTax Online?

Once you have it downloaded, you can find the direct debit information on your State Information Worksheet, Part VII - Direct Deposit or Direct Debit Information.

You could also just try downloading a new PDF file without using the Add a State...

IF the new PDF has the "Electronic Filing" cover sheets, the dates selected should be on those forms (I'm just not sure if the top-level PDF download still contains those cover sheets) .

IF it does, the info would look like the following with all the critical Direct Debit info on it:

How do I view when my state tax payment is scheduled to be debited?

Forgive me, but I literally don’t have a part VII.  My State Return is 4 pages, 2 of which are primarily 0 or blank entries.  I can see the amount I owe in Line 22, but not when and which account it will be debited from.  Help?

Level 15 user @SteamTrain posted a screenshot of a State Filing Information page showing the bank information and payment date for a direct debit from a bank account.   If your state allows direct debit for state taxes owed when using tax preparation software then that information is on the State Filing Information page and on the State Information Worksheet in Part V of the worksheet (Not on the state tax return).  You will need to use Print Center and the option for all worksheets to view these pages.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2021 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
