how do I pay the $25.00 fee for e-filing state tax return?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
After filling in the mailing address to use my credit card to pay for efiling of my Arizona state tax, there is no way for me to go to the next screen and fill in my credit card info, and no way to get a human on the line to tell them the problem.,
I have the same issue.. clicking on the continue button does not do anything.. I am stuck
To pay for TurboTax:
Because paying for your TurboTax Online fees is separate from e-filing your return, you can pay at any time prior to filing your return.
Related Information:
You may need to maximize your screen to see all of the options in the desktop program, also ensure you have updated your software. Please contact TurboTax if you are having issues processing your payments. Download state program for TurboTax for Mac

Sorry you're having that much trouble. This is a user community forum. Someone might suggest something here, but "it does not work" is not enough information.
I'll assume you are using the desktop CD/download software and efiling a state return for a fee of 24.99 plus sales tax.
Please explain exactly what you are experiencing. What/where is the roadblock? For example, is a screen not functioning properly, or are any elements missing from the screen or not functioning, such as a Continue button, etc.? If so, it may be a monitor display issue we can tell you about. Are you using Windows?
This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info here.
What more do you need? I simply does not work. It is BS. I spent more than 4 hours with the rep. was compelled to created an online account with TurboTax telling me that there was another account with same info as mine.
on the payment screen the continue button does not do anything.. It simply sits there.
I purchased TurboTax from Amazon. Had to give activation code multiple times. I was told that I will get a call back. forget call-back, I still cannot file my sate-returns online. Need to mail them.
BTW they even tried some alt keys to do screen share and still they could not resolve it.
Next time will think and recommend to other too avoid this. What a waste of time and money.
I have the same issue. Unable to pay the $24.99 filing fee to efile my state return. I get to the "Let's complete your purchase online" screen but none of the links on this screen work including the "continue" button. Spent 8 hours with TTAX help desk yesterday and they have no solution. VERY FRUSTRATING!! FIX THIS!!!!

Are you using the Windows version?
If so, and if you have a popup window for payment that has any missing elements, non-functioning links, or a non-functioning "Continue" button, etc. it may be related to screen resolution and/or scaling similar to the screen problem some folks experience who get a blank activation screen when first installing the product.
If that's your situation, go to Windows Settings>System>Display and try a screen resolution of 800x600 and scaling of 100%. If that doesn't work, try a resolution of 1024x768 (with scaling of 100%).
Does that make any difference?
Walk me through paying the $25.00 processing fee for filing of State Taxes
@Eula Morant wrote:Walk me through paying the $25.00 processing fee for filing of State Taxes
That may be hard to do in a bulletin-board setting like this. If you don't get a response in this thread, here's how to reach TurboTax Customer Support for realtime help, and they should be able to walk you through the screens.
NOTE: Be aware that you will save money by paying the state efile fee upfront with credit/debit card. If you choose to pay the fee out of your Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.) There is no state efile fee for New York state, and there is no fee to print and mail a state return.

I had the same problem. I was using TurboTax on Windows 11. The same problem happened last year on Windows 10. When I agreed to pay the $25 for e-filing state returns, I got a blank screen.
And I too could not find any way to ask Intuit for help,

You didn't say if you tried the following, as I posted previously in this thread:

If TurboTax was open when you made those resolution/scaling changes, you may have to close TurboTax and re-launch it to see the change.
