I have the same issue. Unable to pay the $24.99 filing fee to efile my state return. I get to the "Let's complete your purchase online" screen but none of the links on this screen work including the "continue" button. Spent 8 hours with TTAX help desk yesterday and they have no solution. VERY FRUSTRATING!! FIX THIS!!!!
