State tax filing

Are you using the Windows version?

If so, and if you have a popup window for payment that has any missing elements, non-functioning links, or a non-functioning "Continue" button, etc. it may be related to screen resolution and/or scaling similar to the screen problem some folks experience who get a blank or partially-blank activation screen when first installing the product. 

 

If that's your situation, go to Windows Settings>System>Display and try a screen resolution of 800x600 and scaling of 100%. If that doesn't work, try a resolution of 1024x768 (with scaling of 100%).   If that doesn't work, try the next higher screen resolution, etc.

Does that make any difference?
