If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.   To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings: Locate the View Site Information icon (the "tune" or "lock" icon) on the far left of your address bar, just before the URL. Find Local Network Access in the dropdown menu. Toggle the switch to ON. Refresh the page and attempt your import again. If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play: Brokerage Delays: While most forms arrive by January 31, many brokerages delay Consolidated 1099s (like the 1099-B) until mid-February due to complex reporting requirements. Availability: Your brokerage must specifically "release" the import file to TurboTax. If it isn’t ready, we recommend checking back. Connection Blocks: Active VPNs or aggressive Anti-Virus software can occasionally block the import feature between your bank and TurboTax. Try disabling them temporarily or switching to a different browser. Helpful TurboTax Articles: What if I can't import my 1099? How can I fix my 1099 import issue? How do I import my 1099s? If entering the amount from your 2024 tax return does not work, then try entering “0” instead.  If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.
you did not answer the question. How to download and where is the partner list. You guys hide this every year
It is possible the IRS does not have her AGI in their database.  Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2024 AGI and e-file the tax return again.

Generally, no, you can't recharacterize  excess 401(k) employee deferrals as employer contributions for a prior year, even if you are the plan administrator.    You also can't simply apply last year's excess to a future year. Contributions must be allocated to the year in which they were actually made and subject to that year's limits.

@user17712095505   Did you sign into your Intuit account and under Products & Billing -> Expand Turbo Tax ">" on right, click on Licenses & Download to ensure your purchase is listed.  If it is you can manually download the State software to your desktop.  Once done TT desktop should pick it up and install.  This worked for me for two separate tax downloads purchased by phone.  If it doesn't work call back in.
I bought the 2024 Tax software for Mac but it doesn't work on my Mac and I am unable to update the software (older Macbook). Can I switch my purchased software to the PC version?
I helped my granddaughter do her returns. It appears it was rejected for AGI that was correct.  Used 2024 AGI from TurboTax for the correct amount on Windows. 2025 on Mac. What now?
It worked last year so shouldn't be that difficult to make it work this year.
