Realizing that this is WAY after the fact, but I just ran into the same scenario for my daughters that share the same first initial.  Nearly identical, I did one return, saved it, and then did the second return and erroneously saved it with the same name.  Both returns had been submitted, so getting an 'e-file confirmation was going to be difficult.   Fortunately, I use Google Drive for nearly everything.  So, I was able to locate the file within the web version of Google Drive, and through "manage versions" I was able to find the first file.  I downloaded the file to my local hard drive, changed the file name to one of my daughters' full name, and put the file back up in my Google Drive with the rest of them.  Upon restarting TT I found both files, intact.  Once I opened them, the system was able to verify that they had been accepted.   I dodged a bullet there!!!  I hope this helps someone else going forward.

To pay your TurboTax fees, TurboTax accepts credit, debit, and prepaid cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo.    Like many other U.S. online merchants, TurboTax can only process cards with a U.S. billing address.   Make sure your address on your return matches that on your credit card.  Enter your name and address as shown on your credit card statement.   Also clear your cache and cookies.  ‌Please click here for instructions on how to clear your cache. Please click here for instructions on clearing your cookies.   You can try contacting TurboTax Customer service using this link: Turbo Tax Customer Service.   Click here for Error: "We are having trouble validating your credit card, please try again"   To pay your federal  tax due, You can use your debit or credit card or pay your tax bill online or over the phone through the IRS. You can also set up an automatic withdrawal from your bank account in the TurboTax program.   You will pay ‌your federal taxes with your credit/debit card through a third-party payment processor. The processor charges a convenience fee.   If you're e-filing, choose Charge my credit card when we ask how you want to pay your federal taxes.   If you're paper-filing, you won't see a credit/debit option, but you can do this instead: In TurboTax, select Pay by check when asked how you want to pay your taxes. Follow the instructions to print a paper copy of your return. Throw out the 1040-V voucher that prints out. You won't need it. On the page "We see you have Section 199A income," check the box for the choice that fits the income reported on the K-1 (if you have only dividends, check the second box).   On the page "We need some information about your 199A income," check the box for business income and enter an amount in at least one of the boxes that appear (business, rental, royalty, other income).   You can leave the other boxes blank if the additional information with the K-1 doesn't specifically mention these items.   Check "none of these apply" under Uncommon Adjustments.   For the question "Do you want to provide more info..." check the "No" box unless your income is greater than the amount on the "yes" line.   If you have other questions about Statement A, you may need to contact the company that sent you Schedule K-1.
