You do not have to file the NYC-1127. Just ignore it. It does not affect anything else, so it doesn't matter if it's in your TurboTax file. If you e-file your New York state tax return the NYC-1127 will not be included. If you print your New York return to file by mail, don't include the NYC-1127. Either don't print the NYC-1127 pages, or shred them if you already printed them.
In the future, it's better to post a new question with all the details of your specific situation instead of tagging on to an old thread.

It depends on what program you are using. See your options here: How do I file an IRS tax extension? - TurboTax Support - Intuit
This will extend the time you have to file your taxes until October 15th, 2025.
Also, you may have to do your state taxes: Do I need to file an extension for my personal state taxes?
Remember, an extension gives you more time to prepare your taxes, but it doesn't extend the time to pay your taxes. If you have an indication that you will owe taxes, you should make the payment by the original due date of the tax return to avoid additional interest and penalties.

the only place I see is under the State Taxes section, it says "Other State Tax Credit". However, it wants me to enter "AGI Taxed by Other State" and "Income Tax Paid to Other State"... so it is treating the credit as if I'm taxed on the ordinary income from the LLC... not giving a credit based on the excise taxes paid to that state.

I have paid for Turbo Tax. I started my joint return and figured out I had downloaded joint own investment accounts twice. I deleted the forms, but they were still included in calculations. I started over with a new return and have successfully efiled. How do I remove / delete the incorrect return? I saved the correct one under a different name.

It depends. This question is asked because you are entering this as mortgage interest in the deductions section of your return. Don't enter this here. if you enter any information here, remove it. Instead, work on rental income and expenses in the rental estate section in wages and income section first. Here as you enter information about your rental, you will report your full mortgage interest here as an expense. Then based on the information that you enter about your rental, TurboTax will allocate the correct amount to your mortgage expense for the rental expense and will allocate the remaining to Schedule A.

You can set up a payment plan for the rest of it. If you are unable to pay your taxes in full, you should still file by April 15th, but you can apply for a payment plan from the IRS.

Thank you for the reply as I appreciate the help. I was unable to do this for the property (but had successfully done it like you suggested for another sold property, a SFR). I believe it was because the type of asset (Mobile Home) was not coded as either a single family residence (SFR) or multi family, etc rather as OTHER. OTHER only presented the asset portion with no Land field. In the end, I deleted the asset and re-entered it, not selecting the OTHER description, and filled in the appropriate fields for the Mobile Home and Land. Then, I went back and selected OTHER and the program retained the both fields, in this case Mobile Home and Land. Additionally, as another asset ($1000 cost, 50% depreciated) associated with the Mobile Home sale was destroyed by a hurricane, it is appropriate to allocate $0 asset sales price and $0 asset sales expense to the asset? Also, how is this handled in the Casualty section later?

I had to change Mac devices so I re-downloaded TurboTax for Mac 2020 from my intuit online advantage account and installed on the new machine. After I license and launch I attempt to open a saved 2020 return file and it indicates since the state is part of the return it needs to install it for Turbotax. I select the State MI and when it tries to install it fails and says it had an issue. I am then stuck that I can't open the return without the state installed however it will never install. All help topics referencing this issue are for Windows Turbotax but not Mac. Please advise.
