First of all, what tax year? 2019 or a prior year?
If 2019, are you printing a review copy prior to filing, printing a copy to file by mail, or printing for your records after efiling?
Are you trying to print from a Download/print button on the Tax Home? Or are you in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents?"
If you recently efiled, has your efiled return been accepted?
We may be able to tell you an alternate way to get a PDF and print once we understand what all you have done/are doing.
Im trying to print my 2019 taxes from the tax page that says "download/print" and it isn't saving it. When I go to where it's supposed to be in my documents, it won't bring it up.

After efiling, it can take a while for the PDF accessible by that method to update with your return and be available at the Tax Home page or the "Your Tax Returns & Documents" section.
If you have already efiled, has the return been accepted? If not, it's best to way until it's accepted, since there will be some additional worksheets in your PDF, such as the Electronic Postmark. You can still print now, if you wish, but you may want to download/print another copy later on.
Here's an alternate way to print by opening your filed return back up to print at the Print Center. You should have several PDFs there to choose from.
NOTE: When you open your return back up, do NOT make any changes in it since it's already been filed (I presume). If you later need to amend the return, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.
NOTE: Remember all PDF tax documents and tax data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc. Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.

Did you download the PDF using this procedure -
Sign onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down and click on Add a State. This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
If so, then your Edge web browser changed the file extension to .txt. Rename the file extension to .pdf. The PDF file can be viewed/printed using any PDF compatible program, such as Adobe Reader.
Many printing problems can be resolved by installing the latest version of Adobe Reader. Test that your printer is working by trying to print from another program, such as Microsoft Word.
Please click the TurboTax FAQ link, listed below, to learn more.

Make sure your return is saved in your TurboTax account and then sign out. Clear the cache and delete the cookies on your computer, open a new browser, sign back into your account and try entering the payment information again.
Thank you so much. That finally worked.
TurboTax 2020 not printing my forms

Are you using a free product or a paid Online edition? If a paid version, have you paid?
Are you wanting to print to review the return prior to filing, printing to file by mail, or printing for your records after efiling?
If you have efiled, has your return been accepted?
Where are you trying to print? Are you trying to print at the Tax Home using the "Download/print" button, or are you in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents" and trying to use the "Download/print the PDF" link?
We can tell you an alternate way to print once you provide the additional info I asked above.
I need the 2019 return for information necessary for paying IRS on Direct Pay.

This answer assumes your 2019 return was prepared in Online TurboTax. Any return prepared in desktop software will not be in an online account.
Also see the 2 methods and video here first:
FAQ: How do I access my prior year return?
Log in and click on Documents in the left menu and then a dropdown list of years should appear. Choose the year, and then way off to the right of the screen, you should see a link to download the PDF. If that didn't work, here's another method:
Go to the Tax Home tab instead. Scroll down the Tax Home page to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Expand that section and choose the tax year you want. Then you can choose to "Download/print the PDF", or if you just need the 2019 AGI, then once you choose 2019 there should be a link to "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)"
If you do all that, but there's no evidence of the 2019 return in that section "Your Tax Returns & Documents", then you likely have multiple accounts and signed into the wrong one. Many people end up with multiple accounts.
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.
To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below. When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first if you can still access it. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.
https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If still no luck after running that on your phone number you can still access and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
