Are you using a free product or a paid Online edition? If a paid version, have you paid?
Are you wanting to print to review the return prior to filing, printing to file by mail, or printing for your records after efiling?
If you have efiled, has your return been accepted?
Where are you trying to print? Are you trying to print at the Tax Home using the "Download/print" button, or are you in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents" and trying to use the "Download/print the PDF" link?
We can tell you an alternate way to print once you provide the additional info I asked above.
