There were under (removed) password (removed) but it wouldn't let me log in. It kept taking me to an old log in?

please help me with this   I need to finish my taxes.....  My number is (removed)

The TurboTax 2015 online editions were shut down after November 15 to make way for the 2016 online editions.

Access to the 2015 tax returns that were started using the online editions will probably be available during the first full week of December after the 2016 online editions are released.

I am very disappointed in Turbo tax.   I tried to do a little more work on my taxes and couldn't without paying for it....  WHY   I am trying to get thru my 2015 taxes and you go and do this  more than that when I had to have my password reset you send an email to my soon to be EX when you have my email.   We are filing separate.   I have been a victim of domestic violence and my taxes say we are separated and live at separate addresses......   I was very upset by this and don't understand.   I even had a separate user and password  (grandmakim)  that somehow  doesn't exist any more....   this is totally unacceptable
