The IRS target is 21 days from the tax return being Accepted to issue a tax refund.  It is NOT a Guarantee

Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions

This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support--but we may be able to suggest some things to check.  But first, more information is needed.   You said the IRS sent your refund "to TurboTax."   How is TurboTax involved in your refund--did you choose to pay TurboTax product fees (if any) out of your Federal refund, or did you choose to have your refund deposited to a Turbo Prepaid Visa Card?  (or possibly both?)

If you used a paid edition, did you choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?  If so, the IRS sends your funds first to a temporary account at an intermediary bank, where the fees are subtracted.  Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of your funds to your bank account (or card) in a second direct deposit.   If that second direct deposit fails for any reason, your bank or card would send it back to the intermediary bank, who would then issue you a check in the mail.

If you used that method to pay fees, we can tell you how to log in to your temporary account at the intermediary company (SBTPG) to check on your Federal refund.    If you did not use that method to pay any fees, then this paragraph doesn't apply to you.

You used the TurboTax online editions for tax year 2019 to file the 2018 tax return?  If that is correct then you are not receiving a 2019 tax refund and the IRS will be sending you a letter in the mail asking why they received a 2019 tax return that did not include your 2019 tax information.

Two weeks is still within a normal time frame, but we can tell you some things to check.

The IRS says 9 out of 10 filers who efile and choose direct deposit will get their Federal refunds within 21 days after it's accepted.   Some returns are processed fairly quickly, while others require additional processing due to specific items in the return. Some are pulled at random for more thorough investigation.  And at this time of year (February) some filers will have delays due to the PATH Act that I mention at the bottom of this posting.

Did you efile, or did you choose to print and mail the return?  If you filed by mail, it can take about 6 weeks to get a Federal refund.

If you efiled, double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home.

If that showed it was accepted, you can use the tool at the IRS website below to monitor the status of your Federal refund.
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds

NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.

NOTE: By law (the PATH Act), the IRS did not begin issuing refunds on tax returns claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EIC) or Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) until after February 15. So filers with one of those credits likely won't get their refunds until the end of February or early March.

Where is my refund?

My refund was excepted January 21 and I still have not received y refund yet. Why? Where is my money? I did direct deposit.  Why have I not gotten my refund yet?

Where is my refund?

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To track your state refund:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901548-why-do-some-refunds-take-longer-than-others

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
