What if my credit karma money account is closed? Can i still get my tax advance sent to my savings ?

Mine was approved my Spend Account was closed but my Save Account is open.

Same thing with my account. I ordered som auto parts. They were not available for pickup when I went to get them. I disputed the purchase but CK never did anything about it. I called advance. The store verified the parts were still in their possession. Headquarters put my money back. CK sent it back to them and said my Account was overdrawn. I've opened case after case trying to fix my account. They wont fix it. It is non-sense. I'm sorry!!

Credit karma is awful! They closed my account and they say it will get rejected and sent back to irs! Bull **bleep**! I’ve known them to deposit it into the closed account and people have to fight them for their money! Someone needs to file a lawsuit against credit karma

I filled on 1/22 and credit karma closed my account 1/25 without any notification. I am still receiving notification from them to have my income direct deposited to them but I called to find out how I can transfer money into that account and they told me it was closed 1/25 3 days after I filled with turbo tax

My Credit Karma spend account was also "closed."  However, my tax return was deposited in the closed account.  I have contacted Credit Karma on numerous occasions on the status of my refund.  They told me I had to submit a primary and secondary document to prove my identity.  I submitted a drivers license and my social security card.  They said the address on my drivers license did not match what they had in their records.  I since then had the address on my drivers license updated to reflect the address on their records.  Now they say I have to submit a utility bill in my name to confirm.  I am currently staying with a family member to save expenses since I am finishing my college degree.  I provided documentation for everything but a utility bill.   They will not accept my updated drivers license along with my social security card.  I need answers on to where my tax return is.  The IRS deposited my refund into the "closed" account almost a month ago.  I would appreciate some direction on this because as I can see I am not alone in this fraudulent activity by Credit Karma.

Mine is closed and I can’t make a new one they said I had a negative balance I told them I’ll pay it and they said it’s too late even if I pay they can’t reopen the account

Doesn’t work, no option to actually email them because the “support email” sends an auto reply that they don’t respond and bounces you back to the same contact us page that you started with.

Did it ever get fixed. I’m going through this now. How long did it take? Did you get it in a check or a save account?
