I'm linking below information on requesting a refund for your TurboTax product.
How do I request a refund for my TurboTax Product?
On 2/27 I inadvertently downloaded windows instead on Mac for home and Business. I subsequently purchased
again and downloaded Mac in order to start my taxes. As a result I have paid twice and need a refund for the the extra $127.50.
Please credit my credit card.

YOU have to apply for the refund yourself ... no one on this public forum can do anything for you so please stop posting any personal info.
To submit a refund request online, simply fill out our TurboTax Refund Request Form.
@Higgerson The link that @Critter-3 shared may need to be updated. I opened it and found it difficult to navigate (but that's just me). See if the TurboTax FAQ I'm linking below is a bit more specific.

Hello - I just spoke with Edith on the phone. I was hoping to please have my order of $322.48 refunded. I did not mean to submit the order and have already filed my taxes though H&R Block. I was essentially comparing prices, and when I entered my credit card info, it gave me the indication that I would not be charged until the end when I filed. I got an email about receiving a 20% discount, so I figured that I would get to see the final total before submitting the payment. However I was not given any discount and was charged the full amount unexpectedly. I do like your product but at this time I was needing to file with H&R due to the preferential rate this year. Now I'm in a tough spot because I paid for their service and am being charged over $300 for Turbotax when I'm not filing. I would greatly appreciate to be refunded at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I am requesting a refund of $47.70. By mistake, I entered for the State of Maryland return to be completed on my Federal Taxes. I did not file a State of Maryland return but was charged $47.70. Can I get back my $47.70?

Hi< I just spoke with Latisha and she has sent me this link so that I might apply for a refund to my account. I some how created two different account for my personal taxes and I paid for my taxes on both accounts. The accounts are

both use my cell phone [phone number removed] as the contact number. Anyway hoping you can refund the [email address removed] account as I submitted my taxes on the other account.

@Patsy8787 Do not know why someone in TurboTax would send you to this forum to apply for a refund. Only TurboTax support can issue a refund, not someone on this user forum.
