How do I request a refund for my TurboTax product?

You can request a refund for TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Live with State using the form below. Only purchases made through a retailer or one of our authorized resellers qualify for our unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee.

TurboTax Online can be used at no cost up until the point that you submit payment. Once payment has been received, the product is considered to have been used to prepare your taxes, regardless of whether you print or electronically file your return, or if it's rejected. 

Submitting payment reflects your satisfaction with TurboTax Online preparation of your taxes, and is non-refundable. Note: If you made a purchase through an app store (such as Google Play or Apple's App Store, you'll need to request a refund directly through the same app store
