They mentioned there are no pending transactions for it. I also cannot get through at all on the IRS phone line. Yes I already checked the third party bank through turbotax and that shows nothing. What are my options and how do I find out when I will actually receive my refund?
The IRS also says it can take up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures, etc. Today is Day 5, but 2 of the days were the weekend. Maybe it will post today.
" I already checked the third party bank...and that show nothing."
You mentioned "the third party bank", so I'll assume you chose the option to pay TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund.
If you're paying TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, are you saying that the SBTPG website found none of your information at all when using their lookup tool, even if the deposit had not arrived?
SGTPG refund lookup tool:
Choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/
Still waiting on it. Nothing today either.
It’s said my check was deposited in my bank account on 3/2/22 but the bank said they ain’t seen it so can you tell me where I can find my check at and yes I used turbo tax

So this IRS WMR tool says the funds have been sent?
You said you used TurboTax, but you didn't say whether or not you chose to pay any TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund. If you did use that feature to pay your TurboTax fees, the funds go first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card.) If you used that method to pay fees, and if the IRS has actually released the funds, you can check on the funds at the level of the intermediary company (SBTPG).
If that's your situation, then you can use the SBTPG refund lookup tool. Choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:

SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.

Okay so it says my refund was deposited into my bank the 24th of February and I still have not received my money and it is now march 9th any idea why this is happening ?
You need to call TPG [phone number removed] do the steps and listen to the computer voice. Most likely you account has been put on hold due unidentified activity. Which is a BS response to your refund. So then you will have to send them a email of your drivers license front and back to verify who you are. No idea how long it will take because they do not respond quickly. I’m still waiting and it’s been several days.
Please the irs said my taxes sappose to b in my account on March 28 not there please help
If you chose to have your fees deducted, you can check with

We don't know what product edition you used, whether you had a state return, or any add-on options. So we won't know your specific fees here. But if you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, there is also an additional service fee of 39.99 (44.99 for California filers) for that payment option.
Has the IRS released your Federal refund? When you use this IRS tool, does it say it has been sent?
Once sent, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank procedures.
If the IRS has sent your refund, and if you chose to pay the fees out of the refund, it goes first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card). The company that handles that is SBTPG (aka TPG).
If you used that service to pay your product fees, and if the IRS has sent the funds to SBTPG's bank, here's how to check on your refund at the SBTPG website using their refund lookup tool:
To log in to the SBTPG lookup tool, choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/
SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours. Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.

Did you have a question about your refund? Please post it here and someone will reach out with the next steps.
The irs says they deposited my refund on march 17th but it never got there i checked and bank said it was not done ever what is next step for me?
@Bhines1 Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees paid from your federal refund? If so, check with the third party bank that handles refund processing.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

If you did not use refund processing then have the IRS trace your refund.
If you need to trace a payment that the IRS says has been issued to you, mail or fax a completed IRS Form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund.

See xmasbaby0's comment above for one of the most common situations, if you chose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if so, how to check on it.
