See xmasbaby0's comment above for one of the most common situations, if you chose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if so, how to check on it.
A couple of other possibilities:
- At the time of filing, did you happen to choose the offer to get your refund into a Credit Karma Money Spend Account/Credit Karma Visa Debit Card?
- Or could your refund have gone into a brokerage account (if applicable?)
