Who provides Pay With My Refund?

When you sign up for Pay With My Refund, your refund will be handled through the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG, formerly SBBT) or Intuit. Note that there’s a $40 processing fee for the transaction.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group is a third-party financial partner that works with TurboTax to provide the "Pay With My Refund”.
