We don't know what product edition you used, whether you had a state return, or any add-on options. So we won't know your specific fees here. But if you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, there is also an additional service fee of 39.99 (44.99 for California filers) for that payment option.

Once sent, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank procedures.
If the IRS has sent your refund, and if you chose to pay the fees out of the refund, it goes first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card). The company that handles that is SBTPG (aka TPG).
