To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for printing a tax return for mailing - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online...
Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ on how to find your AGI from last year. https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/agi/help/how-do-i-find-last-year-s-agi/01/25947

The same thing has happened to me - ALL my Turbo Tax .tax20xx files are gone - folder is totally empty. Yes, I use the CD Download. I am still on Windows 7 and loaded the new 2019 TurboTax Business CD. It said I should upgrade to Windows 10 before proceeding so backed out. I am ordering a new Dell with Windows 10 so was going to move all the Turbo Tax files so I would have them for the new computer... They are all GONE.
I was wondering if the new 2019 TT Business CD removed them??

The installation file does not touch the Documents directory or the TurboTax folder on the C:\ drive.
Do a all hard drives search for all files with a .tax* file extension. Also look in the Recycle Bin
Did you have files being entered on a remote drive, network drive or a Cloud drive or the One Drive?
May I get you to provide more details?
If you are replying to my original question, it was resolved with TurboTax2019. This version was able to access my previous 2018 file to include for example, personal data and carryover information for the 2019 tax year. That was my original concern when I was no longer able to open 2018 taxes using TT2018 after updating my OS with Mojave. I couldn't even find the file on my computer.
There were 2 issues - one, the file wasn't where I thought it was - found it, but (issue 2) - it won't open with TT2018 even though it is a 2018 file. The solution I believe is to uninstall and reinstall TurboTax2018. As I had already filed 2018, I don't need to open it with 2018. But I needed to open it for 2019 (which I was able to do).
However, for TT2018 users who still need to access previously completed tax returns using 2018 and are having issues - try deleting and reinstalling 2018 - that may solve the issue. TT2019 is not a problem - it will open up your file to access 2018 data.

If you filed your 2018 taxes with TurboTax, you would want to make sure you are using the same TurboTax account as in prior years to sign in. You can then use the link provided below on how to access your prior year return. If you still can't access your return, you can request a copy from the IRS:

Tax returns prepared in the TurboTax CD/Download software are stored locally on your computer or storage device, even if you e-filed. Unlike TurboTax Online, we don't maintain returns prepared in the TurboTax CD/Download software on our secure servers.
To locate your return, use your computer's Search or Find function, just as you would when searching for any other document. If you just need to view or print your return, we recommend doing it from the PDF copy, which will open in Adobe Reader.
You can also search for the tax data file (instructions below), but you'll need to open it in the same-year version of TurboTax (e.g. open your 2019 return in TurboTax 2019, not an earlier version). From there, you can print a copy of your return, as well as update or amend it.
Finally, if you can't find your tax return but you know you filed one, you can always request a copy from the IRS.
How do I get a copy of my tax return or transcript from the IRS?
Exactly the same thing happened to me with Windows 7 and 2019 TurbotaxBusiness CD. All the tax.20xx files are just gone. It would be nice to get some feedback from Intuit.
@timo-repo Whenever an update is installed in the CD/Download software it loses track of where you left off. So the next time you open your return it takes you to the beginning. There is no way to get back to where you left off, because the software no longer knows where you left off. But after you save the return again, the next time you open it, it will pick up where you left off, until the next update.
If you exit without saving, it also will not remember where you left off. When you open the return again, it will go to where you were when you last saved it, unless an update has been installed.
