I need to find my earnings for 2003-2016
Even the IRS does not save returns for more than seven years, so you are out of luck for anything older than seven years back, either from the IRS or TurboTax. You can access your returns that were prepared using TT online software for probably about as far back as 2012--maybe 2011 if you are lucky--by purchasing PLUS and using it to go in to your old account(s).

Note: Every year, before mid-October, print a copy of your current year tax return and save it as a tax file and pdf, too. That way you will have it when you need it for school, a loan, next year’s tax return, etc. without going through a lot of aggravation (and expense) to get it.
