How do I fix a rejected return? - Community
I need help to but im not entirely sure how quick you are at responding to these so im going to leave my email. [email address removed].
I filed my taxes and asked to have it sent in the mail on a debt card from your company. That was on the 10th. Well ive been checking up on it and it said it was direct deposited into my bank acc. I dont own a bank account and now im worried. Does it mean it was deposited onto the card your sending me? Am i able to get a tracking number or something to see where its at or if it has been mailed? Please email me soon i could really use some answers. I hope you see this soon and thank you for your time.
Yes, that means it is being deposited on your Turbo Tax Prepaid Card. The Prepaid Card has an "account" associated with it for direct deposit purposes. To obtain additional information/tracking please reach out to the Prepaid Card Customer Service at the information here: https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us
I put my info in wrong and I don’t know how to go back and fix it
If you have already filed your return, the only way to make any changes is to amend your return.
You can follow the instructions here to amend your return.

Jeeps rejecting says 2018 I'd number wrong
@Chubby99, The best place to get last year's AGI is from the 1040 form you filed with the IRS. Look on page 2, line 7. If you filed a 1040NR, it'll be on line 35. If you didn't file a 2018 federal tax return (or you haven't filed one yet), enter 0 as your AGI. For information on additional ways to obtain your 2018 AGI, please click here. Please click here for steps to correct your AGI.
