I am very upset I have not heard if the IRS processed my return what is the hold up. And I was told my Aztax gov that y'all took money out from my bank to pay for State taxes I did not even owe! I need my money back ASAP as you do not get back to me about this at all

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

Turbo tax has the ability to check and see if it has been approved it has been accepted yes but that's it so I've checked all the other ways and I was not even able to track my refund. I've reached out to turbo tax numerous times to no avail so thanks but no thanks!

No,   Turbo Tax can not check if it was approved.  Only Accepted for processing.  After it is Accepted they are done with their part.   The IRS doesn't update Turbo Tax or anyone else about the status of your return.  You just have to wait or ask the IRS.

Who took money from your bank?  Arizona or Turbo Tax?  If you were having the fees deducted from your federal refund but the IRS is taking too long to send it then they will deduct the fees from your bank account.  Then when the IRS finally does send it they won't deduct the fees again.

Turbo tax offers zero filing yet continued to ask for a payment then upon calling State tax.gov I was informed that the contributions that I chose already went to the places so answer me this why haven't I received my refund??! Turbo tax has failed me again!://

Please follow the steps provided by @xmasbaby and @VolvoGirl above on how to track your refunds.  

TurboTax cannot track or tell you when you receive your refund.  Once you click "Transmit My Return" you are then on the IRS' timeline.  The IRS will let us know if your return was Accepted or Rejected and we provide notification of such once we receive those details, but they do not let us know about your refund disbursement.
