I didn’t have to change my email but I did unlink and delink and it went through. Even already got the advance deposited.

I completely changed my email on turbotax and Credit Karma  To a total different email than Ive been using. Make sure they are spelled exactly the same on both sites.  Make sure you verify your new email on each of these accounts. Also change your username on TurboTax to the same email making sure it's spelled exactly the same. Unlink your accounts on TurboTax. Also unlink your account on credit Karma. Log out of TurboTax then log back in.  I just did this literally 5 minutes ago and it worked and I've been at this all night. So suddenly after being approved for the refund advance multiple times every time I try to file and then looped over and over again I’m not qualified for it now. Called customer service and they were literally like I don’t know why sorry it’s the bank not us. Lmao. Worst customer service in a company ever.

Try changing your email on turbo and Credit Karma. Then unlink accounts on credit Karma and Turbo. May your user name the same as your new email. Making sure all three are spelled exactly the same ,same lowercase or uppercase letters. Verify the new email on turbo and verify with Credit Karma. Log out of turbo log back in. If I were you I would start all over once you did all this and it should go through.

Finally I was able to submit mine. Thanks everyone for the tips and tricks. In my case my turbo and CK account already had the same email. I also didn't have to unlink account in CK My issue seemed to be with turbo tax. 

Made my way to Intuit site by clicking "Intuit account" within turbotax

Message on Intuit website it shows it doesn't match my email. I tried several times to update it but it would not allow.

So for instance my email is [PII removed] it wouldn't allow me to set my email as the username to match it up.

**BUT it allowed me to select [PII removed] and finally showed me it was updated successfully on Intuit site

After that I logged out intuit and went back to Turbo side to log in. As Soon as I did that it allowed me to view tax forms to confirm everything is correct and transmit return and it shows my refund advance prequalification on landing page after filing.

Seems a little different for everybody but it has to be in the username selected, so check to see if it shows it needs to match email on file.

TurboTax help is a joke. They told me it means u were denied for the advance which makes no sense! Someone n a Facebook group told me click on documents and continue that way it worked for them and bam! Worked for me to! After trying over and over going in a circle I finally got thru with no help from turbo and I only continued to file with turbo bc they already charged my debit card the filing fee!!

After trying it on my phone, app and lap top... doing all of the tricks suggested and being on the phone with 5 different tax specialists added up to 8 hours, I just ended up filing for direct deposit. 

They ended up saying it's a technical issue that the engineering department would have to deal with. They said there is no time line for when it would be fixed because they are busy so I gave up. They said if it's not working, filing another way is the best option unless you want to just wait it out for however long. Extremely frustrated with Turbotax this year.

Ridiculous that they give everyone a different answer and really make it look like they don’t know what there talking about thankfully I have only been trying since last night and the way someone told me worked but my return was accepted 20mins ago and no advance or notification yet so will see if it even works not sure I’ll use TurboTax again I had issues last year with them
